These terms cover the Wedding Day Field Guide website, digital edition and companion downloads, published by EAF Publishing, part of Epoch Company. Using the site or buying digital content means accepting these terms. Questions? Email adam@epochmoment.com.

What you’re purchasing

The digital edition is a one-time purchase through Stripe of online reader access through Flipsnack, printable companion worksheets and the downloadable Wedding Command Center workbook. Printed editions are sold through Amazon and include inside-book QR codes for the reader and access to worksheets and the Command Center. The digital book is not offered as a PDF download; reader download and sharing controls are disabled in Flipsnack. Check the product description and checkout for the edition, availability, price and any tax. Amazon controls its checkout, shipping and printed-book returns.

Getting your downloads

For worksheets, scan the QR inside your book, enter your email and verify it using the emailed link. No purchase details or manual approval are needed. Digital website buyers receive the reader link after Stripe confirms payment, together with a secure email-verification link for companion downloads. Printed-book buyers use the reader QR inside their book. If a link expires or a file will not open, contact us so we can help. Keep downloaded worksheets for your records. Access is not a promise that this website will operate forever.

Email choices and future updates

We send messages needed to verify access, provide purchased content and answer support requests. Optional wedding updates are a separate choice on the signup forms, selected by default and confirmed through your email link. Uncheck the updates box before submitting if you do not want ongoing tips and offers. They may include wedding advice, new worksheets and files, book revisions, newsletters, new products and offers from EAF Publishing / Epoch Company’s wedding brands, including Epoch Moment, Engaged AF, EAF Venue Magazines and future wedding resources such as Crewcopia. Marketing is optional. With updates unchecked, accepting these terms, buying the book or verifying download access does not enroll you. Use the unsubscribe link to stop marketing without losing purchased content or worksheet access. Earlier launch notifications were a separate, one-time signup; the current homepage form is for the ongoing mailing list. Updates and future files may change over time and are not a guarantee of a particular release schedule or free access to every future product.

Epoch Moment provides wedding photography and videography, based in Colorado and available for travel across the United States and beyond. Coverage depends on availability, travel arrangements and a separate service agreement. Engaged AF and EAF Venue Magazines offer related wedding content. These are affiliated brands; using them is optional and a book purchase does not include their paid services.

The Wedding Day Field Guide Facebook page is another way to reach Adam directly, ask about the guide or worksheets, discuss planning questions and suggest updates. Responses depend on availability and do not replace a contracted wedding-planning service or individualized professional advice.

Use it for your own wedding

You may download, print and share the companion worksheets and your Command Center workbook for wedding planning. Check recorded payments and calculated balances against your vendor invoices. Sharing worksheets is permitted; reselling or commercially republishing the materials is not. The book remains protected by copyright. Do not republish the book or sell copies of its content. Vendors who want to commercially republish the materials should contact us for permission.

Problems, refunds and your rights

If you receive the wrong file, cannot access a purchase or believe you were charged in error, email adam@epochmoment.com with your purchase reference. We will investigate and arrange corrected access or an appropriate resolution. If we cannot deliver the digital content you purchased, we will refund that purchase. For a change-of-mind request, contact us for review. Nothing in these terms removes refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that apply by law.

Advice, opinions and real life

The guide contains blunt language, personal opinions and practical observations. It is educational content, not individual legal, financial, medical or professional planning advice. Check local requirements and your actual vendor contracts. Your decisions and circumstances determine your results; buying a book cannot guarantee a particular wedding outcome.

Gift codes and giveaways

A valid gift code grants digital-reader access after email verification, subject to its campaign limit and availability. Public digital gifts are limited to the first 50 completed verified claims unless a different limit is stated for a future campaign. Gift codes have no cash value. Printed-book drawings are separate and governed by the published giveaway rules. Purchases, reviews and marketing subscriptions are never required for entry and do not improve the odds.

Keep the site usable

Provide accurate information, keep sign-in links private, and do not try to bypass access controls, attack the site or interfere with other buyers. Access obtained through fraud or misuse may be suspended. Refunding a digital purchase may remove its associated reader entitlement on this site. Worksheet access is independent of payment. Reader links may be shared, and hiding reader controls does not prevent screenshots or copying.

Third parties, changes and contact

Stripe, Amazon, Flipsnack and linked services operate under their own terms and policies. We may update the website, materials and these terms.
